Barraquer-Simons综合征一例

摘要
患者女，22岁。因“颜面、上半身消瘦8年”入院。8年前无明显诱因出现颜面部进而胸背部消瘦，下半身无明显异常，自感上半身出汗明显增多，下半身无汗。就诊于多家医院未明确诊断。既往体健，父母非近亲结婚，足月顺产，幼年时期身高、发育同当地正常同龄儿，成年后体重未见明显下降。无静脉药瘾史，无输血及血制品使用史。
