恶性膀胱非尿路上皮肿瘤(附10例报告)

Malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder (Report of 10 cases)

目的探讨恶性膀胱非尿路上皮肿瘤的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析10例恶性膀胱非尿路上皮肿瘤的临床资料。行膀胱全切术6例,膀胱部分切除术1例,经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)2例,1例膀胱小细胞癌因广泛浸润仅作探查活检术。结果恶性膀胱非尿路上皮肿瘤占同期恶性膀胱肿瘤的4.5%。10例随访2月-5年,术后平均生存时间17.4月。结论恶性膀胱非尿路上皮肿瘤临床少见,预后差,膀胱全切术是首选的手术方式,新辅助化疗或术后放化疗可提高疗效。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder.Methods Ten cases of malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder treated from 2000-2008 were reviewed.Six of 10 patients underwent radical cystectomy,1 partial cystectomy,2 TURBt,1 only biopsy.Results Malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder accounted for 4.5% of the bladder cancer.Ten cases were followed up from two months to five years.The mean survival time was 17.4 months.Conclusion Malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder is rare,with bad prognosis.Radical cystectomy should be regarded as the first choice for these patients,and comprehesive therapy may improve the efficacy.
