摘要
回顾了我国城市封闭住区的历史发展历程,分析了在市场经济条件下,我国城市封闭住区的形态特征与西方城市"门禁社区"的不同。并以杭州城西片区为例,描述了以封闭居住小区为单元的城市居住空间"小聚居,大混居"的环境形态。
By reviewing the development history of domestic closed residential area and on the premises of market-oriented economy, this paper makes analysis of the distinction between domestic closed pattern and western gated community. By case study of Hangzhou west neighborhood area, which takes closed residential area as basic unit, it shows us the environmental pattern of urban residential space of ＂closed on a small-scale＂ based on ＂mixed in large＂.
