摘要
以国际化视野为背景,通过对国外可持续社区发展历程和经验的总结,梳理可持续社区的概念内涵、目标理念、评价指标、发展准则等,并以国外社区发展经验为背景,探讨可持续性社区规划的方法与模式,从而为我国社区可持续性发展提供理论与实践经验借鉴。
Under the vision of internationalization, this paper summarizes foreign sustainable community on its development experience, connotation and target, criterion of evaluation and norms of development. By the study, it tries to provide theory and experience of planning method and pattern for sustainable development of domestic community.
