MicroRNAs及其在肝细胞癌中的研究进展

摘要 MicroRNAs(MicroRNAs)是一类长约19-22个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA,通过对靶基因转录后水平的负性调控,参与细胞生长、组织分化和肿瘤形成等多种生物学过程,其突变、缺失或表达水平的异常与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关。作为一类新的分子靶标,MicroRNAs应用于肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后判断具有广阔的前景。本文就MicroRNAs及其在肝细胞癌中的最新研究进展作一综述。
