Notch信号通路与子宫颈癌的关系研究进展

摘要 Notch基因广泛存在于生物体内,Notch信号在细胞分化、发育中起着关键作用,最终决定细胞命运。多项研究发现,Notch信号与肿瘤关系密切。本文就该信号传导系统结构与子宫颈癌的关系作一综述,为寻找子宫颈癌基因治疗的新靶点提供线索。
