通过总结当前住宅市场的新形势与新变化,呼吁《住宅设计规范》和《住宅建筑规范》中应收纳单居住宅套型并规范其设计标准、统一住宅阳台面积计算的标准,对比《住宅建筑规范》和《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》中关于高层住宅安全疏散的规定中存在的明显差异,建议有关部门修订相应条目。

According to the new situation and new change of residential building market, this paper appeals that single room unit type housing should be incorporated in the Design Code for Residential Buildings and the Residential Building Code. Furthermore, relevant standard should be regulated and the standard of calculating balcony area should be unified. In light of the clear discrepancy about safety evacuation regulations between the Residential Building Code and the Code for Fire Protection Design of Tall Buildings, it suggests that the corresponding regulations should be revised.
