摘要
阐述了稀土在高强高导铜合金中的研究概况,总结了稀土在脱气除杂、改善铜合金的显微结构、提高其力学性能及导电率、改变再结晶温度、增强抗氧化和耐腐蚀性等方面的研究现状,还对高强高导铜合金存在的问题进行了分析,并对今后的进一步研究进行了展望。
Rare earth's various functions in copper alloys such as purifying,improving microstructure,mechanical properties and conductive properties of copper alloy,changing recrystallization temperature,enhancing antioxidant activity and corrosion resistance and other function were summarized.Some questions of rare earth application for high strength and high conductivity copper and the prospect were put forward.
