低碳钢过冷奥氏体动态铁素体相变及特征 被引量:1

Study on Ferrite Transformation Obtained by Dynamic Transformation of Undercooled Austenite of Low Carbon Steel

摘要 通过热模拟压缩变形试验,研究了C-Si-Mn-Al钢过冷奥氏体动态铁素体相变及其特征。结果表明,通过过冷奥氏体动态铁素体相变,可以获得晶粒尺寸为2~3μm的细小铁素体,且添加的Al明显促进了过冷奥氏体动态相变。与等温相变时合金元素能发生扩散不同,动态相变时,除了间隙元素能发生扩散外,代位元素很难发生扩散。代位元素在铁素体中的固溶,导致了铁素体晶格的畸变,进而引起了衍射峰向小角度方向漂移。 The ferrite transformation and its peculiarities based on dynamic transformation of undercooled austenite(DTUA) were investigated by uniaxial hot compression tests on Gleeble1500 simulation test machine.The results show that the grain size of ferrite is refined to 2~3 μm through DTUA.Moreover,the addition of Al can accelerate the transformation of γ→α during DTUA.Except the diffusion of C takes place,substitutional elements can not diffuse during DTUA.The high concentration of substitutional elements in ferrite results in distorting lattice of ferrite and thus the diffraction peaks of ferrite deviate to little angle.
