摘要
研究了不同变形温度下7A04铝合金组织与性能的变化规律。结果表明,在320和360℃下变形,7A04铝合金以动态回复为主要软化机制;在400℃以上变形时,发生动态再结晶,温度升高有利于动态再结晶进行。随着变形温度升高,合金中的粗大第二相减少,T5态铝合金强度、硬度、塑性均升高;7A04铝合金的断裂方式以韧窝断裂为主,随着变形温度提高,断口中的韧窝数量逐渐增多,晶粒变细。
The effects of deformation temperature on the microstructure and properties of 7A04 aluminum alloy were studied.The results show that,when 7A04 alloy is deformed below 360 ℃,the hot deformation structure is mainly dynamic recovery structure.But when 7A04 alloy is deformed above 400 ℃,recrystallization would occur.High temperature deformation is beneficial for recrystallization.With the increase of deformation temperature,thick second phase reduces,the strength,hardness and plastic of T5 alloy increase.The fracture of 7A04 alloy is mainly dimple one,with the increase of deformation temperature,the number of dimples gradually increases,the grain becomes thin.
