摘要
介绍了TD表面覆层处理技术的工艺特点及动力学原理,并通过对TD覆层处理后的组织分析及性能测试,验证了其在汽车轴承模具制造中的应用效果。结果表明:采用TD熔盐浸镀法可以在Cr12MoV钢表面形成结构致密、显微硬度极高的碳化物覆层,使得冷作模具钢的耐磨性能得到很大提高,从而延长了轴承钢制模具的使用寿命。
The process characteristic and dynamics principle of thermal diffusion process were introduced.The application of diffusion process in the automobile bearing mold manufacturing was verified through the microstructure analyzing and mechanical properties measuring.The results show that metallurgy integrated carbides coating on Cr12MoV steel surface with compact structure and high microhardness can be obtained by TD treatment,which can greatly improve the wear resistance and extend the worklife of moulds.
