煨脓长肉膏联合浅静脉腔内激光术治疗臁疮

Venous Ulceration Treated by Weinongzhangrou(煨脓长肉) Plaster Combined with Endovenous Laser Therapy

目的:评价煨脓长肉膏联合浅静脉腔内激光术治疗臁疮的疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用煨脓长肉膏联合浅静脉腔内激光术治疗,对照组采用康复新液换药联合浅静脉腔内激光术治疗。结果:治疗组治愈31例,好转4例,无效1例,总有效率为97.2%;对照组治愈20例,好转11例,无效5例,总有效率为86.1%(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的疮面愈合时间均数分别为(16.39±7.42)d和(55.70±31.37)d(P<0.01)。症候群改善只有瘙痒、疼痛症候有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:煨脓长肉膏联合浅静脉腔内激光术治疗臁疮,可以提高治愈率,缩短疗程,改善症状。

Objective To evaluate the effect of venous ulcerations treated by Weinongzhangrou（煨脓长肉 ）Plaster combined with endovenous laser therapy （EVLT）. Methods Seventy-two patients with venous ulcerations were randomly divided into treatment group （treated by Weinongzhangrou plaster combined with EVLT） and contrast group （treated by medicinal dressing with EVLT. Results In the treatment group, 31 cases were significantly effective, 4 cases were effectual and 1 case was unfruitful, with a cure rate of 97.2%. In the contrast group, 20 cases were significantly effective, 11 cases were effectual and 5 cases were unfruitful, with a cure rate of 86.1%. There was a significant difference between the two groups in therapeutic effect （P 0.05）. The healing time of ulcer in the treatment and control groups was （16.39±7.42）d and （55.70±31.37）d respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups （P 0.01）. The relief of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in control group while the relief of itch and pain had statistic difference （P 0.05）. Conclusion Venous ulceration treated by Weinongzhangrou plaster combined with EVLT may increase the cure rate, improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the treatment duration
