骨科大手术前后血浆ET、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1a的变化及其意义 被引量:4

Significance of Changes in Plasma ET,TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGFla Levels in Patients after Major Orthopedic Operation

摘要 目的:探讨骨科大手术前后血浆ET、TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1a的变化及其对监测DVT发生的意义。方法:对48例骨科大手术患者术前24h、术后24h和72h分别进行血浆ET、TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1a测定。结果:有9例并发DVT,其术前24h与术后24h和72h的ET、TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1a检测结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);并发DVT组与未并发DVT组比较,术前ET、TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1a检测结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后24h、72h有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:血浆ET、TXB2和6-Keto-PGF1a动态监测,对骨科大手术后并发DVT具有早期诊断价值。 Objective To study the clinical significance of deep venous thrombosis with changes of plasma endothelin (ET), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin Fla (6-keto-PGFla) levels in patients. Methods Quantitative detection of plasma ET, TBX2 and 6-keto-PGFla was done in 48 patients with major orthopedic operations during the phases of preoperative 24 h, postoperative 24 h and 72 h, and follow-up done. Results There were 9 cases of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in a total of 48 patients. In these nine cases the differences of levels of ET and TXB2 and 6-keto-PGFla during the phases of 24 h preoperative and 24 h and 72 h postoperative in DVT group were significant (P 0.05). While the difference of plasma ET, TBX2 and keto-PGFla between the group with complications and the group without complications at 24 h preoperative was not significant (P 0.05), and those at 24 h and 72 h postoperative was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Dynamic determination of plasma ET, TBX2 and 6-keto-PGFla is very useful for predicting occurrence of DVT in major orthopedic operation.
