胰腺癌肿瘤干细胞相关信号途径研究进展

摘要 肿瘤干细胞（cancer stem cells,CSC）是指肿瘤组织中少数具有无限增殖能力、自我更新能力和多项分化能力的细胞,在很大程度上正是肿瘤干细胞的存在决定了肿瘤的发生和发展[1-2]。另一方面,胰腺癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤之一,由于其恶性程度高,对化疗药物敏感度低,预后较差,
