摘要
针对传统多导睡眠图仪在监测过程中粘贴电极多、患者负荷大、信号缺失后无法分析等问题,研制一款信号可选择的多导睡眠监测与分析系统。该系统能针对不同患者的需求,可繁可简地获取患者的监测信号;也可在电极脱落造成信号缺失的情况下,利用数据挖掘及信息融合技术和专家知识,从心率变异性及相关信号时频域耦合关系中提取睡眠呼吸障碍的疾病诊断信息。实验表明:该系统与多导睡眠图仪在诊断结果方面无明显性差异。在一定程度上弥补了传统多导睡眠图仪的不足,简化了诊断程序,降低了患者的检查负荷,已在医院得到初步应用,有望进一步推广。
We developed a flexible sleep monitoring and analysis system to replace the traditional polysomnography(PSG).This system could acquire the diagnostic information of patients in respect to different patients’need.Moreover,based on heart rate variability(HRV) and other related signals,it could provide the detection results of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(SAHS) in the condition of signal absence.Data mining,information fusion technology and expert knowledge were used to extract the diagnose information of SAHS.The experiment results indicated that the developed system had similar diagnosis results with those from PSG.The system also complements the shortcoming of the traditional PSG and simplifies the diagnose process,and lower the load of both doctors and patients.It could provide the doctors and patients a flexible detection method and maybe have a great potential for medical application.
