超声消融子宫肌瘤后靶区边缘雌孕激素受体表达研究

Estrogen receptor and Progesterone receptor expressions at the edge of the targeted region of uterus fibroids ablated by acoustic power

目的:研究超声消融子宫肌瘤后靶区边缘雌、孕激素受体的表达情况,辅助临床判断疗效和预后。方法:因子宫肌瘤而手术切除的新鲜离体人子宫20个,经重庆医科大学伦理委员会批准及患者同意后取得。聚焦超声定点消融肌瘤组织,声功率300W,辐照时间5s,选取超声消融靶区及非靶区组织制成石蜡块,连续切片,免疫组织化学法检测超声消融靶区边缘雌、孕激素受体的表达情况。结果:超声消融靶区肌瘤组织均未检测到雌、孕激素受体表达,靶区边缘存在带宽约5～8细胞的交界区,该区域雌、孕激素受体明显下调,与非靶区相比,其雌、孕激素受体表达有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:超声可以完全消融子宫肌瘤靶区,靶区边缘组织ER、PR表达明显下调,表明超声消融治疗子宫肌瘤效果明显,同时具有潜在降低消融术后复发率的可能性。

Objective：To probe the expressions of estrogen receptor（ER） and progesterone receptor（PR） at the edge of the targeted region of uterus fibroids ablated by acoustic power.Methods：Uterus fibroids of human being,in vitro,allowed by the Ethics Committee of the Chongqing Medical University and patients,were ablated by high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU）,under the acoustic power of 300 W for 5 s.ER and PR expressions of the targeted and the non-targeted regions were examined by immunohist-ochemical staining.Results and Conclusion：Both ER and PR expressions in the HIFU targeted region were negative.At the edge of the targeted region,both ER and PR expressions were decreased,significantly lower than the non-targeted region（P0.01）,which demonstrated ultrasound ablation is effective and may have potentiality to decrease recurrence.
