骨盆三联截骨在儿童和青少年髋关节发育不良的应用

摘要 发育性髋关节发育不良（Developmentaldysplasiaofthehip，DDH）是髋关节疾病中最常见、研究最多、如及早处理也是治疗最成功的疾病。但对青少年和大于6岁的儿童DDH的治疗往往相当困难。由于耻骨联合及髋周软组织结构柔韧度下降，髋臼方向异常往往不能靠Salter等骨盆截骨纠正。三联截骨是相对较新的术式，它除了髂骨截骨外，还增加了坐骨及耻骨截骨，
