异基因造血干细胞移植后急性白血病浆膜腔复发二例
摘要
急性白血病患者异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）后仅少数出现单纯髓外复发（EMR）或EMR后出现骨髓复发，而浆膜腔复发更为罕见，其发病机制仍不清楚，临床治疗困难，预后较差Ⅲ。我们收治了2例allo-HSCT后浆膜腔复发患者，现报告如下。
