摘要
目的:将表面处理后的纳米TiO2加入牙科复合树脂以提高其机械性能。方法:用硅烷偶联剂对纳米TiO2进行化学改性,用红外光谱和透射电镜检测改性结果。将经过表面处理和未处理的纳米TiO2粒子以1.0%wt均匀分散到牙科复合树脂Z100TM基质中,制备纳米复合树脂,根据ISO标准测试其力学性能,并与未添加纳米粒子的树脂样品进行比较。结果:在改性后的纳米TiO2的红外光谱上,出现特征性的Si-O-Si吸收峰;透射电镜结果显示改性后团聚性下降,且发现纳米TiO2粒子镶嵌在树脂基质与填料间,与复合树脂的相容性良好。加入1.0%wt表面处理后纳米TiO2粒子的树脂试样与未添加纳米粒子的树脂试样相比,其增强增韧的效果显著(P<0.05)。结论:表面处理增强了纳米TiO2与复合树脂基质的相容性,添加表面处理后的纳米TiO2粒子对树脂起到增强增韧作用。
Objective: To study the effects of modified nano-TiO2 particles on the mechanical properties of dental composite resin.Methods: Nano-TiO2 particles were modified by organosilanes.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to analyze the modification results.Nano composites were prepared and their reinforced materials were modified and unmodified nano-TiO2 particles at a weight ratio of 1.0% respectively.Resin material was Z100TM.The properties of composites were tested according to the ISO standard.Results: FTIR showed a cross-linked siloxane network as a doublet at 1 200 cm-1 and 1 020 cm-1 after the treatment;TEM showed improved dispersion.Composite resin specimen with modified nano-TiO2 particles showed that nano-TiO2 particles were in resin matrix among other inorganic fillers,and these particles obtained homogeneous surface with dental composite resin.It was observed that microhardness and flexure strength of composites were increased significantly by modified nano-TiO2 particles(P0.05).Conclusion: Surface modification can improve the dispersion of nano-TiO2 particles in dental composite resin.Mechanical properties of the composites can be improved with the addition of modified nano-TiO2 particles.
