摘要
综述近年来的一些纳米材料如碳纳米管、纳米脂质体、富勒烯以及纳米聚合物与免疫系统的相互作用,其主要表现形式为免疫抑制作用和免疫增强作用;总结纳米颗粒的理化性质和蛋白吸附等可能是其免疫毒性的主要影响因素;对目前纳米材料免疫毒性研究中亟待解决的问题进行讨论;展望这一新领域今后的发展方向。
