聚磷酸酯纳米凝胶载药系统的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 纳米载药系统是纳米药物实现产业化的重要基础之一。作为纳米载药系统的一种,纳米凝胶在药物载体领域的研究倍受关注。纳米凝胶是一种能够在水溶液中分散并具有纳米尺寸的水凝胶颗粒,通常由物理或化学交联的聚合物网络结构所组成。纳米凝胶具有特定的优势,例如优异的药物负载能力、较高的化学结构稳定性以及对外界环境的刺激作出灵敏的响应性等。与此同时,作为一种具有良好生物相容性和生物降解性的高分子材料,聚磷酸酯在化疗药物和基因药物的运输以及组织工程领域都表现出很好的潜力。本文综述本课题组最近几年在聚磷酸酯纳米凝胶药物载体系统的研究工作。
