肺和胃部并发黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤一例

摘要
黏膜相关淋巴组织（mucosa—associated lymphoid tissue，MALT）淋巴瘤是来自淋巴结外边缘带黏膜相关淋巴组织B细胞的恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）。多系统并发MALT淋巴瘤较少见，肺脏和胃同时发现MALT淋巴瘤的病例国内外亦少见报道。现报道1例如下。
