伴幻影失神、失神连续状态、全身强直阵挛发作的成人特发性全身型癫痫一例 被引量：1

摘要 幻影失神指轻微失神，有时不能引起患者、家属及医生的注意。发病年龄不详，患者首次就医常因成年后全面强直一阵挛发作（GTCS）或频繁的失神连续状态。现将我们诊断的1例患者的临床资料报道如下。
