摘要
目的对应用OPTEC6500测量正常人对比敏感度(contrast sensitivity function,CSF)的影响因素进行探讨。方法选取在天津市眼科医院体检的正常人共214人(428眼),双眼裸眼远视力≥1.0,近距离时双眼矫正视力≥1.0。按照年龄将其分为少儿、青年、中年和老年4组。应用OPTEC6500视力检测仪分别测定单眼和双眼、昼无眩光和昼眩光、夜无眩光和夜眩光、远距离和近距离在5种空间频率(1.5c.d-1、3.0c.d-1、6.0c.d-1、12.0c.d-1和18.0c.d-1)下的CSF值,对比分析各组间的差异及其特点。结果昼无眩光和昼眩光状态下比较,各年龄组在各空间频率下,CSF值差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);夜无眩光和夜眩光状态下,中年组在12.0c.d-1和18.0c.d-1空间频率下、老年组在6.0c.d-1、12.0c.d-1、18.0c.d-1空间频率下CSF值差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),各年龄组其余空间频率下的CSF值差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);昼和夜状态下,少儿组在12.0c.d-1、18.0c.d-1空间频率、中年组在1.5c.d-1、3.0c.d-1空间频率下单、双眼比较CSF值差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),其余单、双眼比较CSF值差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);各年龄组在各空间频率下,远距离CSF值均高于近距离,差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.01)。结论眩光是影响正常人夜状态下CSF的重要因素,正常人远距离CSF优于近距离,青年人群双眼CSF值高于单眼,随着年龄增加,单、双眼CSF值差异降低。
Objective To study the influential factors of contrast sensitivity function(CSF)in healthy individuals with OPTEC 6500.Methods About 428 eyes of 214 healthy individuals from Tianjin Eye Hospital were enrolled and divided into children group(6-14 year old),youth group(15-44 year old),middle-age group(45-59 year old)and senium group(≥60 year old).The binocular naked distance vision was be and more than 1.0 and the corrected near vision was be and more than 1.0.The CSF was measured with OPTEC 6500 under day,night and near vision conditions(with spatial frequencies of 1.5 c·d-1,3.0 c·d-1,6.0 c·d-1,12.0 c·d-1 and 18.0 c·d-1)with or without glare.Differences and characteristics among groups were compared and analyzed.Results There is no significant difference at all of the spatial frequency between the day without glare and the day with glare(all P0.05),there is no significant difference between the night without glare and the night with glare at 12.0 c·d-1,18.0 c·d-1 in the middle-age individuals and 6.0 c·d-1,12.0 c·d-1,18.0 c·d-1 in the senium individuals(all P0.05),there is a significant difference at the other spatial frequencies(all P0.05);Whatever day or night there is no significant difference between the simple eye and the binoculus groups at 12.0 c·d-1,18.0 c·d-1 in children group,at 1.5 c·d-1,3.0 c·d-1 in the middle-age group(all P0.05),while no difference was found in other spatial frequencies(all P0.05).Distant CSF was higher than near CSF in each spatial frequency of each group,and there were significant differences(all P0.01).Conclusions The glare is an important factor that affects the CSF of healthy individuals.The distant CSF is better than the near CSF in healthy subjects.The binoculus CSF of young people is better than that of the simple eye,but the difference decreases with the age.
