CT血管造影阴性自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的处理 被引量：1

摘要 自2006年1月至2009年12月我院共收治自发性蛛网膜下腔出血（subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH）患者645例,所有患者均首选CT血管造影（computed tomography angiography,CTA）检查,其中586例共发现颅内动脉瘤591个,12例为脑血管畸形、Moyamoya病等,47例CTA检查阴性,
