磷硅复合物的制备及其改性Mg(OH)2阻燃LLDPE的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用9,10-二氢-9-氧-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化(物DOPO)与γ-(2,3-环氧丙基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)制备了新型磷硅复合物(P-Si),并以P-Si改性的氢氧化镁(MH)制备阻燃线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),研究了P-Si用量对LLDPE阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。通过锥形量热仪(CONE)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对材料进行了表征。结果表明:P-Si在改善MH与基体树脂相容性的同时,与MH有很好的协同阻燃作用。当P-Si用量为MH的5%时,阻燃LLDPE的氧指(数OI)从30.0%提高到36.5%,热释放速率峰值(pHRR)和平均热释放速率(mHRR)也大幅度下降。 A novel phosphorous-silicon compound (P-Si) was prepared with 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO) and 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS).The halogen-free flame-retardant LLDPE was prepared with magnesium hydroxide (MH) modified by P-Si.The effects of P-Si on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of LLDPE were studied.The flame-retardant composite was characterized by CONE and SEM.The results show that the P-Si can improve the compatibility between MH and matrix resin,and has excellent synergistic flame-retardant effect with MH;when P-Si content is 5.0%,the OI of flame-retardant LLDPE increases from 30.0% to 36.5%,and the peak heat release rate (pHRR) and mean heat release rate (mHRR) decreases obviously.
