新型叠层功能复合材料的制备装置及其性能研究

Study on Preparation Device and Properties of Novel Laminating Functional Composite

摘要 介绍了新型叠层共挤出技术。利用新型叠层复合材料装置制备了PP/PP、LLDPE/LLDPE交替多层复合材料,并着重研究了螺杆转速对叠层复合材料层厚比的影响。结果表明:螺杆转速决定了层厚的变化,螺杆转速比越大层,厚比越大。 The novel laminating coextrusion technology was introduced.The multi-layer composites of PP/PP,LLDPE/LLDPE were prepared by novel laminating device.The effect of screw speed on the layer thickness ratio of laminating composites was studied.The results show that the layer thickness is determined by screw speed,and the layer thickness ratio increases with the increase of screw speed ratio .
