摘要 绿色通信是当前通信领域的关注重点,通信产业中的能量消耗决定了网络运营成本,也影响了节能减排与环境保护。无线通信是目前通信的主要方式,因此绿色无线通信更值得关注。本文总结了相关标准组织对绿色通信、网络节能的标准化工作,同时从现有蜂窝网络中的节能技术、下一代蜂窝网络中的节能技术两个方面进行了讨论,为未来绿色通信技术相关研究与标准化工作提供参考。 Green communication is a key technology in the communication field. The energy consumption in the communication industry decides the cost of networking operation and effects the carbon emission and the environment protection. Green radio communication technology should be paid more attention to since wireless application is increasing greatly. The standardisation activities on green communication and energy saving of networks are summarized. The power saving technologies of the existing cellular networks and next generation wireless networks are discuszed. The work in the paper will give some reference for further green radio communication technology research works and standardisation.
