针对用户拨打10086(112)查询"增值业务"、接收短信场景下出现掉话现象,利用信令监测系统进行信令分析,发现其连续多次的重复业务当中均暴露出不同的网络机制或隐性问题。对其反映出的多样问题进行整理,并附注相关信令特征说明,对于"语音+短信"混合场景下的业务分析具有一定的参考价值。

This article aims to different network mechanism or recessive problems which are exposed for consecutively repetitive services in signaling analysis by signaling monitoring system when user dialing 10086（112）to inquire ＂Value-added Service＂ and meet call drop phenomenon in receiving SM Scene. To collect reflected diverse problems and remark related signaling features description will have certain reference value for service analysis in ＂Voice ＋ SM＂ mixed scene.
