摘要
文章从四个方面论证了搞好地勘队伍管理体制改革的认识，进而提出了大力推进地勘单位改革的三大举措，包括转变观念、转换机制、强化管理等。
The paper proves the necessity of the understanding of management system reform in geological prospecting units from four aspects. Then, it puts forward three measures including transform of sense, change of mechanism and enhancement of management.
