摘要
企业化经营是属地化后地勘单位今后改革与发展的方向，是地勘单位进入市场，在市场中求生存发展的必由之路。文章介绍了陕西省地勘局以产权制度改革为突破口，加速地勘单位企业化经营步伐的经验和作法。
Business management is orientation of reform and development of geological prospecting units after localization, and it is the only way for geological prospecting units to enter market seeking survival and development. The paper introduces the experience and methods of taking the reform of property rights as breakthrough to speed up business management in Shan Xi Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources.
