摘要
文章根据国办发[1999]37 号精神,结合地勘单位的特点,提出了“将事业留在政府,让服务还给社会,把主体推向市场”的地勘单位企业化经营的总体思路,文章对此作了比较详细地阐述。
On the basis of the principle of No. 37, 1999 document sent out by the office under Ministry of Land and Resources, according to the characteristics of geological prospecting units, the paper points out the general ideas on business management of geological prospecting units , that is to remain institution in government ,to leave service in social and to push main parts towards market. It also expounds the relevant problems.
