摘要
文章针对地勘单位的改革现状进行了评估，对地勘单位转企改制的必要性和可行性进行了分析，提出了对地勘单位改组改造的模式选择。
The paper analyses the current situation of reforming geological prospecting units, it also analyses the necessity and feasibility of transforming geological prospecting from institution into enterprise, and it puts forward the pattern choice of reorganization and reform.
