摘要
自2003年以来,中国部分城市的住房供应结构不合理、房价上涨过快和部分低收入家庭住房比较困难等问题仍然未得到妥善解决。本文拟对房地产相关的法律、法规和政策进行分析,以发现现行房地产管理制度存在的不足。通过探索房地产问题出现的原因,对房地产管理制度提出适当的改善建议。
Since 2003,the problems of unreasonable supply structure of building,sharp increase in building price,and difficult residence of low income families have not been solved in partial Chinese cities.For the purpose of discovering the imperfection in management system of building and real estate,the relevant laws,administrative rules,and policies are analyzed.By exploring the cause of problems in housing,proper suggestions are proposed for improving the management system of housing industry.
