摘要
介绍施工企业运用融资租赁购置设备的流程,并将其与银行按揭、分期付款、全款购买设备等方式进行比较,确定其优势所在,同时借鉴国外相关经验,得出融资租赁在我国建筑领域具有广阔发展前景和市场空间的结论。
This article describes the process of acquisition of equipment in the construction enterprises by using the financial leasing whose advantages are shown by comparing with other buying modes including bank mortgage,installment and full amount purchase.And combined with foreign experiences,it draws the conclusion that financial leasing in China construction area has a broad development prospect and market space.
