摘要
对刚性轮的轮轴垂直加速度进行二次积分求得软路面的原始不平度。根据轮胎与软路面相互作用时,轮胎和路面的变形特性给出了静载状态下软路面有效不平度的理论预测方法。对某工况下的软路面有效不平度进行了预测。
The original roughness of terrain surface is calculated by the integration of vertical acceleration of wheel axle.The predictive method and calculating equations of the effective roughness of terrain surface under static load condition were given based on the deformations of the surface and tyre during the interaction between them. It has been successful to predic the effective roughness of terrain surface under some working conditions. The results of the research indicate that when the wheel is approximately rigidity the original roughness of terrain surface can be calculated by the integration of vertical acceleration of wheel axle; when the wheel interact with terrain, the effective roughness of terrain surface is smaller than the original roughness, and the effective roughness is getting much smaller than the original roughness as increasing of the original roughness frequency.
