摘要
对铁牛 55型拖拉机悬挂机构进行运动分析,利用提升杆与下拉杆铰接点建立两个四杆机构的内在联系,为悬挂机构的优化设计提供简捷途径。结果表明:提升杆长度的变化对提升能力影响很小;提升杆与下拉杆的铰接点距下拉杆回转铰链点的合理距离为470 m m ,相应的提升能力较原设计提高7.12% 。
The hinge point position of both lifting and dropping arms of the tractor linkage device have an influence on lifting power. In this paper,the lifting power of linkage device of Tieniu55 tractor was optimized based on the analysis of the structure of the linkage device. The linkage device of Tieniu55 was divided into two four bar linkages. The internal relationship of two four bar linkages was expressed by the hinge point of lifting and dropping arms. Therefore, the optimization of the multi bar device was simplified. The influence of the length of lifting arm on lifting power was not significant. The reasonable distance of hinge point of lifting and dropping arms to the rotary point of dropping arm is 470 mm, and lifting power is increased by 7 12 percent more than that of original design. The variation of the ratio between hinge point vertical speed and oil cylinder piston speed is small. The experiments show that the measured lifting power coincide well with that from the simulation.
