摘要
不同个体的族裔民族意识在复杂因素影响下不仅有强弱差别,还有所处的发展阶段性上的差别。民族院校的学习生活、民族理论的教育使一些同学在一定阶段表现出族裔民族意识的强化趋势,也使一些同学认识到民族现象的本质,在与不同民族同学的共同学习生活中,绝大多数同学学习了理性处置族裔民族意识和民族关系的理论与经验。关注族裔民族意识发展阶段对形成积极的族裔民族意识有着重要意义。
The ethnic consciousness of different individuals is different not only under the influence of complicated factors but also in different developmental phases. The school life and the ethnic theory education in colleges for nationalities intensify some students ethnic awareness in certain stage and make some students realize the nature of the ethnic phenomenon. Studying with different ethnic group classmates, most of the students learned the rational disposition of ethnic minority awareness and ethnic relations theories and experiences. Paying attention to the developmental stages of the ethnic minorities is of important significance to guide a positive ethnic awareness.
