摘要
建立了半环对撞流干燥过程中的流动与传热传质数学模型。针对模型各部分的不同特点,分别采用合适的数值处理方法进行了数值计算。不同工况下,模型计算与试验结果吻合良好,能较好地预测干燥过程中入口空气温度、载带率及物料初始含湿量等因素对干燥过程的影响。通过对模型计算和试验结果的分析。
In this paper, a mathematical model of granular materials drying in a semi circular impinging stream dryer was developed, in which both the flow characteristics and the heat and mass transfer mechanisms were considered. Reasonable numerical methods were used to solve the equations. Under various conditions, the model calculating results agree well with the experimental data. The model can be used to predict the effects of hot air temperature, mass flow rates ratio, and initial moisture content of materials etc on drying process. By analyzing the calculated and experimental results, an effective way of improving drying rate and decreasing energy consumption and cost of drying has been put forward.
