摘要
本文简述了膜分离技术、超临界流体萃取技术、冷杀菌技术及真空冷冻干燥等新技术的基本原理及其在茶叶加工中的应用状况。
This paper introduced the basic principle of the modern technoligies such as membrane separation,supercritical fluid extraction,cold sterilization and vacuum freeze drying.The application of them in tea processing was also discussed.
