摘要
荨麻为多年生草本植物,分布广泛,营养丰富,含有多种化学成分。全草可入药,还可作为蔬菜、饲料、纺织和绳索的原料,具有广阔的开发利用前景。该文对陕西野生荨麻的营养成分进行了研究,结果表明荨麻具有丰富的营养价值。
Nettle （Urtica L.） is one kind of perennial herb. It is widely distributed and has rich nutrients and a variety of activeingredients. The whole plant may be medicine, and it also can be used as the raw materials of vegetables, feed, textile and rope, showing broad development prospect. The paper studies on the nutritional components of nettle, the results show that nettle has rich nutrients.
