本文从水资源损耗、水资源占用量、降雨有效利用、增产效果等方面论述了喷灌是否节水的问题，提出了喷灌的节水效益无论从灌溉工程的角度看，还是从水资源开发利用的角度看都相当显著的结论。本文还从实现农业机械化的必要性上分析了发展喷灌的意义，对于喷灌耗能多的问题也作了必要的分析。

This article disscusses the question that whether sprinkhler irrigation can save water through the loss and occupation of water resources ,the effective utilization of precipitation ,and the effect of rasing yeild of sprinklerirrigation . Itput forward a view that not only in the aspect of irrigation project but also the aspect of the utilization of water resources ,the effectiveress ofsaving water of sprinklerirrigation are both remarkable . This article also analyses the significance of developing sprinklerirrigation through the necessary ofthe realization of the mechanization of agriculture .As to the comparble more loss of enegy of sprinking irrigation ,the article makes a nessessary analysis also ,and it offers views and adviceforwords the questions which should be paid attentionsin the present development ofsprinklerirrigation .
