缢蛏工厂化育苗技术的研究

Study on Technique of Industralized Breeding of Sinonovacula constricta(Lamarck)

利用现有的对虾育苗设施,进行缢蛏人工催产,浮游幼虫和稚贝培育,提供缢蛏养殖户所需苗种,获得成功。1997年出池稚贝平均密度76.26×10~4颗/m^2(壳长501～920μm),最高密度111.15×10~4颗/m^2(壳长501～811μm)

This article presents the results of study on techniques for industrial seed culture of Sinonoracula constricta using shrimp hatching facilities. This paper resorts some technics measures such as spawning induction. larve narsing and juveniles culture. In factory-scale production in 1977,the average yield of juveniles is 76. 26×104/m2(shell length is 501-920μm) and the largest is 111. 15×104/m2(shell length is 501-811μm).
