摘要
针对内燃机车传动轴的断裂故障,利用有限元对其焊接处的焊接缺陷进行力学研究。以子模型为研究对象,对传动轴的焊接处的缺陷进行应力集中系数的计算,为更好地解决传动轴的断裂问题提供了理论依据。
For solving the problem of diesel locomotive drive shaft fracture, the mechanics study on drive shaft’s welding defects at welded joints was conducted using finite element method (FEM). In order to provide a theoretical basis for better solving the drive shaft frature problem, the stress concentration factor of drive shaft’s welded joints was calculated.
