摘要
梅钢2号高炉自开炉一直延用多环布料,矿批一直维持在26~28t之间,高炉虽保持了长期稳定顺行,但高炉技术经济指标无法进一步突破。通过对高炉尝试优化上部操作制度,采用大矿批分装操作,提高了炉况稳定性和高炉各项技术经济指标。
Since start up,multi-ring material distribution had been applying to BF 2,Meigang,with constant ore batch of 26 t~28 t.Although the blast furnace had kept long term stable running,further breakthrough could not be made in technical and economic indices.Attempts were made at the blast furnace such as optimizing the operation system of upper part and adopting split charging with big ore batch,the furnace stability and all technical and economic indices improved.
