介绍了一种新型的耐火度试验炉。新型耐火度试验炉通过工业PC及全自动控制,加热系统采用新型发热体以及摄像系统的引入,实现了耐火度检测的全程监控。实际应用表明,新型耐火度试验炉与碳粒炉相比节能降耗,控温精度高,提高了检测的自动化程度,使结果更加准确。
The paper introduces a new type of refractoriness testing furnace fully automatically controlled by industrial PC.With new heating elements and a camera system,an overall monitoring of refractoriness inspection is achieved.Practical application shows,compared to cryptol furnace,new refractoriness testing furnace,with high temperature-control precision,improves inspection automation level and yields more accurate results.
