摘要
通过对影响要素价格动态变化的因素分析,研究要素区域流动过程中要素价格动态变化及均衡,指出要素流动对区域之间竞争与合作关系的影响。新型区域关系实质上就是通过要素的有序流动形成区域之间合作、分工及竞争,实现生产要素在区域整体上的基本最优配置。区域开发主要是由要素的非均衡流动实现的,要根据要素流动的机制与路径来完善政府宏观调控,促进区域间统筹协调发展。
By analyzing the affecting factors of dynamic changes of factor price,and with the research of dynamic changes and balance of factor price in the process of regional flow,it turns out that there is an effect of factor flow on regional competition and cooperation.In essence,the new-type regional relations is to achieve the basic optimized allocation of productive factors by forming regional cooperation,division and competition.Regional development is mainly created by the imbalanced flow of factors.We should improve the governmental macro-control and promote coordinated development among regions.
