北京市涉外突发事件的调查分析和政策建议

An Analysis of Survey of Beijing's Urgent Incidents Involved with Foreigners and Policy Recommendations

本文对北京市涉外突发事件进行了问卷调查,调查对象分成两类,一是常驻北京市的居民,一是常驻北京市的外籍人士,通过调查结果的比对描述和解读,试图从涉外突发事件的性质界定、应对处理、效果评价和居民建议四个方面进行把握,并做出客观的分析,找出存在的具体问题并提出政策性的建议。

Based on a questionnaire for Beijing＇s urgent incidents involved with foreigners,in which respondents were divided into two types： one is Beijing＇s permanent residents;the other Beijing＇s resident foreigners,this paper interprets and compares the findings,tries to make a constructive analysis from four aspects of nature,response,evaluation,suggestion,discusses existing specific problems and proposes policy recommendations.
