北京市家政服务业从业人员状况的研究分析

A Study and Analysis of Basic Conditions of Beijing's Home Support Workers

本文在认真分析北京家政服务业从业人员的基本状况和从业状况的基础上,从营造良好的就业环境、完善管理体制、加强人员培训、完善相关法律法规、提高从业人员收入和社会地位等方面提出了采取有力措施,多管齐下,提高从业人员素质,促进北京家政服务业健康发展的若干建议。

With the continuous development of Beijing＇s economy and society and the improvement of people＇s living standard,Beijing＇s home services industry,an important part of modern service industry,rapidly rises.It is very important for Beijing that is making efforts in building a world city to develop modern service industry in which home services industry is included.Focusing on the problem of home support workers,this paper analyzes in details the basic conditions of Beijing＇s home support workers and puts forth some recommendations in order to promote the healthy development of Beijing＇s home services industry,such as,creating a good employment environment,improving the management system,strengthening personnel training,improving relevant laws and regulations,increasing income and social status of employees.
