项目投资风险分析与评估是可行性研究的重要内容之一。风险评估的基础是风险识别。本文将分析农业投资项目的特点，讨论农业投资项目风险的类型及其影响。
The risk analysis of project investment is one of important content in the feasibile study. Risk identification is the basis of risk appraisal. According to experience, the article analysed the characteristics of agricultural projects, discussed their types and effects.
